To Earn or To Learn?

In today’s youth one common dilemma is to whether earn or learn. In this Episode, Ms. Swati Salunkhe helps us to resolve this dilemma. She mentions that Learning and Earning go hand in hand. Learning is a lifelong process. Learning can be at any stage and any age. It helps in surviving the growing competition. One can choose, learning over earning when one is academically oriented when there are financial stability and family support or it is the requirement of a particular course or job. One can choose, earning over learning when there are financial constraints when one is less academically oriented or to get clarity of the specialization or course to chose. Earning helps gain confident as one gets hands on experience and develop leadership skills.
