Aptitude Test

In this episode, Ms. Swati Salunkhe talks about the importance of Aptitude Tests. Aptitude means your innate ability. Aptitude tests are the tools that identify one’s capabilities. It is one part of Psychometric Assessment. Along with the other tests, it helps in determining one’s vocation. An aptitude test does not require any preparation; one needs to have fresh mind and readiness to give the tests honestly. Aptitude tests are different from academic tests as the latter are based on the syllabus along with other aspects. It is not advisable to undergo these tests frequently. Aptitude tests facilitate the career decision making process.
